The Town YF-STMR is a traditional, high-output gas-operated Asian steamer cabinet designed without electrical components that could fail. This self-contained unit features two levels and only requires gas and water connections. It includes an "AutoFill" function that automatically maintains the appropriate water level in the steam tank, ensuring consistent steam production. Although it doesn't have thermostatic control, it is primarily used for cooking Asian dishes like dumplings and dim sum, as well as any food that needs high, continuous steam heat, such as whole fish.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the exterior is durable, while the steam generation tank is made of heavy-duty stainless steel. The double-wall insulated doors are equipped with a secure latching mechanism, and the interior fire chamber is insulated with 1-inch thick fiber ceramic material. The unit is powered by a high-efficiency 32-tip jet burner and includes a pilot safety gas system.

This steamer can be customized for various cooking applications, including dim sum and noodles, with options for different sizes and shapes. Custom dim sum steamer plates are also available. Filtration requirements will be determined by the dealer, installer, or end user. The water-cooled deck and autofill system necessitate a constant water flow, and a pressure regulator is included. The unit is mounted on tubular stainless steel legs with gussets and adjustable feet for stability.
