EcoDeck is Town's patented waterless wok range, featuring fiber ceramic insulation and a unique design. Since 1929, Town has been perfecting the art of wok cooking, working closely with customers to create intelligently designed ranges that meet the evolving needs of the industry. EcoDeck is available in models ranging from one to six chambers, operating continuously without the need for cooling water, thanks to its innovative design. Its durable stainless steel exterior and fully customizable options make it ideal for any cuisine that relies on wok cooking.

Every Town range is built to order, offering customers a wide range of sizes, wok burners, faucets, finishes, and configurations to meet specific requirements. Standard features include cast iron wok rings, available in 13" Mandarin and 16", 18", 20", and 22" Cantonese sizes, with rear gutters included as standard. One-burner units come with a stainless steel perforated strainer in the gutter, and a front-access 5" sink is also standard. The water wash line, gas pressure regulator, water pressure regulator, and stainless steel drip pans are provided. Each unit is mounted on tubular stainless legs with adjustable feet and gussets and comes pre-plumbed for single-point water, drain, and gas connections.
