Rack guides for Town’s Chinese smokehouses are sold in pairs (left and right) and must be installed in order to use oven racks.

Rack Guides convert a smokehouse to a large vertical barbecue oven.  Rack Guides accommodate up to 9 racks, spaced 3 ½ ” apart. The stainless steel racks slide into the guide rails while locking tabs on the guides support the shelf when in the extended position.

The rack guides are easily installed by hooking into slots in the upper skewer rests.  The two feet on each rack guide are adjustable.
